At Poptasia, every order is freshly prepared and packed to order to help ensure the best possible quality and experience when your popcorn arrives.

Processing Times

As all products are made fresh to order, please allow:

  • 1–3 working days for order preparation and dispatch during standard periods

  • Slightly longer during busy periods, launches, promotions, or seasonal events

We always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible while maintaining product quality and presentation standards.

UK Shipping

We currently ship across the United Kingdom using tracked delivery services.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48: 2–3 working days after dispatch

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 (where available): 1–2 working days after dispatch

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the courier and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, customers will receive tracking information via email once their order has been dispatched.

Please ensure your email address and shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.

Shipping Delays

While we work hard to dispatch all orders promptly, delays can occasionally occur due to:

  • Courier network issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Seasonal demand

  • Public holidays

  • Incorrect shipping information

Poptasia cannot be held responsible for delays once parcels are in transit with the courier provider.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information at checkout.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for orders delayed, lost, or delivered incorrectly due to inaccurate address information supplied by the customer.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives with significant damage caused during transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the outer packaging

  • Photos of the damaged contents

We will investigate all genuine transit damage claims fairly and work with the courier provider where necessary.

International Shipping

We are currently focused on UK shipping while we continue to develop and refine the Poptasia experience.

International shipping options may become available in the future.
