Freshness & How We Make Your Order
Is my popcorn freshly made?
Always. Every Poptasia bowl is popped and packed fresh to order - we never hold pre-made stock. That means what lands on your doorstep was made today (or very recently), not sitting in a warehouse.
How long does it take to make and deliver my order?
We make your order fresh and aim to get it to you the next day or the day after, depending on the postage option you choose at checkout. Standard turnaround from order to dispatch is 1–2 business days.
Do you dispatch at weekends?
No - and here's why: we can't guarantee freshness if your order sits with a courier over a weekend. To make sure your popcorn arrives at its best, we only dispatch Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Friday afternoon, Saturday, or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.
Can I choose a specific delivery date?
Yes! If you'd like your order to arrive on a particular date - whether it's a gift, an event, or you're just planning ahead - drop us a note at checkout or contact us and we'll do our best to time it perfectly.
Can I hold my order for a later date?
Absolutely. If you want to order now but need it dispatched later, just let us know. We're flexible - tell us your preferred dispatch date and we'll hold it for you. Contact us after placing your order.
Delivery
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 12pm (noon) Monday–Friday are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after noon, or over the weekend, will be dispatched the next business day.
How long does delivery take?
We ship across the UK using tracked services:
- Standard delivery: 2–3 business days
- Express delivery: 1–2 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.
Do you offer next-day delivery?
Yes! Select express delivery at checkout. Orders must be placed before 12pm to qualify for next-day dispatch.
Can I track my order?
Yes - once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your popcorn all the way to your door.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Currently we ship within the UK only. International shipping is something we're working on - watch this space!
Allergens & Ingredients
Where can I find allergen information?
Full allergen and ingredient information for all our products is available on the website on each product page. Please check these carefully before ordering.
I have a specific dietary requirement - can you help?
We're constantly working to source ingredients and find alternatives to suit as many people as possible. If you can't see something that works for you right now, please contact us - we may well have an alternative we haven't listed yet, or something in the pipeline. We'd rather you ask than miss out.
Orders & Changes
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because everything is made fresh to order, we can only accept changes or cancellations within 1 hour of placing your order. Please contact us as soon as possible.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We pack everything carefully, but if something arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number and we'll sort it straight away.
I haven't received my order - what should I do?
Check your tracking link first. If your order still hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us and we'll investigate immediately.
