At Poptasia, every order is freshly prepared and made to order to ensure the best possible quality and experience for our customers.
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for:

Incorrect topping or flavour choices selected at checkout

Minor movement of toppings during transit

Personal taste preferences

Delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
As our products are food items made fresh to order, they are exempt from standard return policies for hygiene and safety reasons.
Damaged Orders
We carefully package every order to help ensure it arrives in excellent condition. However, if your order arrives with significant damage caused during transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
To help us investigate and resolve the issue, please provide:

Photos taken immediately upon delivery where possible
Where appropriate, we may:

Investigate the issue directly with the delivery provider
Please note:
Minor movement of toppings, slight shifting during delivery, or cosmetic imperfections are not considered eligible for refunds or replacements.
Shipping & Delivery
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery timings are the responsibility of the courier service. While we always aim to dispatch orders promptly, we cannot guarantee delivery times once parcels are in transit.
If a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier but cannot be located, customers must first raise this directly with the courier provider before any further investigation can take place.
