The most talked-about Disney snack in the world, and for good reason. This pineapple soft-serve - available in dairy-free form - is light, refreshing, and completely unlike anything you'll find outside the parks. The queue at Aloha Isle in Magic Kingdom is almost always long. It's always worth it.
Bonus points for the Dole Whip float, where it's served in pineapple juice. A warm Florida day essential.

Warm, soft, salted, and shaped like the most recognisable silhouette in entertainment history. Mickey pretzels are available from carts throughout the parks and are best enjoyed with a side of cheese dipping sauce. Simple, satisfying, and deeply Disney.
4. The Grey Stuff
"Try the grey stuff, it's delicious!" - and it genuinely is. This cookies-and-cream mousse served on a chocolate cupcake at Be Our Guest restaurant in Magic Kingdom is one of the most Instagrammed desserts in the parks. It tastes as good as it looks, which is rare.
5. Churros
Crispy, cinnamon-sugared, and available in seasonal flavours throughout the year. Disney churros are a park staple for good reason - they're the perfect walking snack. The limited-edition flavours (think birthday cake, s'mores, or pumpkin spice in autumn) are worth seeking out.
6. Corn Dog Nuggets (Casey's Corner)
An underrated gem. Casey's Corner on Main Street USA serves corn dog nuggets that are crispy, golden, and dangerously moreish. Not glamorous. Absolutely delicious. A must if you're passing through.
7. LeFou's Brew (Fantasyland)
Technically a drink, but it deserves a spot on this list. This non-alcoholic frozen apple juice blend topped with a passion fruit-mango foam is served at Gaston's Tavern in Fantasyland. It's sweet, refreshing, and completely unique to Disney. The foam alone is worth the trip.
8. Mickey Ice Cream Bar
The classic. Vanilla ice cream coated in chocolate, shaped like Mickey's head, served from a cart. It's been a Disney park staple for decades and shows no signs of going anywhere. Sometimes the classics are classics for a reason.
